- Laser cutting head ensures fast and precision in cutting. It is in constant coordination with the robotic arm and ensures that there is no collision amid the metal sheet and cutting head. Hence, extra cutting focus and stability is ensured.
- Industrial robot works along side the fiber laser ensuring completion of process in a single run. The kerfs is flat and there is no need of second stage of process. Hence, overall cost of labor, mold is reduced whereas quality of product is increased.
- Cutting head can handle 1.0Mpa pressure, which allows cutting of stainless steel that is actually difficult to cut.
- Cost related to electricity and maintenance is reduced and the floor area is utilized optimally.
