Busbar Bending Machine is widely used for manufacturing of copper & aluminum materials with accurate & seamless specifications. In addition to this, industrial machines has three different functions that include punching, shearing/cutting and bending. This is semi-automatic in function which helps in providing high production with superior end products. The bending machine can be operated with simultaneously same function or sequentially as per requirement. Busbar Bending Machine is acknowledged for varied option of working such as punching( circular hole & oblong hole), vertical, flat / horizontal, pressing, twisting cable, connector processing and embossing to name a few due to relative unit.
Main Features of Busbar Bending Machine :
- The machine is equipped with Siemens PLC of Germany as well as bending angle which is automatically controlled. It can be set with each unit downtime for effective working & saving energy. Has fine tuning function which makes it more convenient & easy to use as well as has enough storage space for string material and using at any time.
- It is designed with bending unit which adopts double decker & working table with three different units which works without disturbing each other at same time.
- This machine is beneficial for improving repetitive working accuracy in bulk production and makes it more useful during steps of horizontal bending & embossing processing.
- The machine produces no waste, burrs and droop during shearing/cutting unit which has double column shearing dies with flat incision interfaces.
- This has integral six mode turn plate that gives upper & lower molds which are installed in the center of the machine. No need to change the mold timely, which reduces mis continuation speed caused by mold changes. It less damage the mold and gives long lasting life to the mold.
